Customer Support Representative

We are an innovative, rapidly growing startup looking for new team members to join us as part of our customer support team! This position entails interacting with our customers over chat and email. You will be helping them out with any questions or issues they may have about their accounts and billing enquiries.

This position starts at $6/hr and will increase by $1/hr, after a 6 month probationary period; with the potential to increase your pay based on excellent performance.

This is for a full time position (40+ hours per week).
We need a person who can be available for the following work shift: Thursday – Monday / 5am to 1pm PST (shift hours may be flexible)
Additionally, we’d like to filter only those who can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

– Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via email / chat
– Identify customer needs and provide assistance appropriately
– Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
– Gather customer feedback
– Analyze and report recurring & new issues
– Update our internal and front-facing databases
– Create and update team responses
– Monitor customer complaints on social media and review platforms
– Communicate with fulfillment center / warehouse for shipping related concerns
– Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members

Requirements and Skills

– Customer support experience is required
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Necessary that you have computer skills for this position
– Necessary to have your own space, away from distractions
– Multi-tasking abilities
– Patience when handling tough cases
– Flexibility and out of the box mindset

– You will be provided with training, however knowledge in Intercom, Stripe and/or Braintree would be good to have
– Remote work experience is a plus
– Interest in skin & hair care is a plus
– Interest in acne treatment is a plus
