Job Description

Join our fast growing company as a Customer Support Agent with English C1 (British English) language skills.

It is a remote full-time position.

Schedule: Monday-Sunday, 2 days off, 10:00 – 19:00 GMT+1 time zone

Your responsibilities:

– Manage calls, emails from clients in a timely and professional manner
– Achieving the previously set KPIs (CSAT, SLA, other)
– Following the procedures, instructions
– Helping customers open the doors online, respond to standard booking related queries
– Escalate emergencies to the client
– Offer overall workflow improvements.
– Maintain regular reporting.
– You will be a part of our support team to handle questions from customers about booking a room, canceling or rebooking!

You are our perfect candidate if you have:

– Previous experience in hotel business, for example as administrator / receptionist
– Needs to have English C1 writing and speaking;
– Previous experience with support of British customers;
– You are ready and can work with a flexible schedule;
– Ability to work in a stressful situation, skills of active listening and attention to detail, respect for the Client, focus on helping Clients, empathy, calm character;
– You should be aware that you will work with mostly British customers. Sometimes you will deal with stressed customers, and you should do your best so that the customer would feel respected and come again to the hotel.
– Good computer skills;
– Self-employment. We will sign a contract with you as with independent businessman;
– You can work from home, don’t be distracted;
– Knows Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Freshdesk experience as advantage;
– Have your own PC and good Internet connection.
