job Description:
We are looking for a very dedicated, professional, and responsible CSR (customer service support representative) in our team. We need someone who understands customers’ mindset, understands are core values of CSR, is an A player, dedicated, and hard working. The job is to manage Facebook page(s), reply to customers on their emails, and take calls for any inquiries for the dropshipping business on shopify. The person must have past in the same work experience and understand the basics of e-commerce/dropshipping. You may also be calling customers from time to time to get their feedback on our products. For that, you will be given free phone numbers from us. You will be given full training on how to do all the tasks but you must be able to follow the directions. You will have to do one day trial unpaid and from there on we can see if you’re eligible to work with us on a permanent contract.
After you passed the interview:
Once you clear the interview you will then be given videos to watch (3-4 hours training videos). We are looking for someone to work with on a long-term basis. We need someone who is highly RESPONSIBLE, PUNCTUAL and DESCIPLINED. You will be working office hours of Australian time. 8 am-4 pm Mon- Friday and can do weekends as well if we have work available.
Payrolls:
We pay fortnightly via wise, bank account, PayPal, or crypto. Starting with $6 AUD an hour promotions are available in 6-8 weeks. You will sign an NDA form with us once you’re hired.
