Job Description
We are looking for 2 full time Customer Service Representatives to join our growing support team. You will be the first line of contact for all customer enquiries. You will be responsible for answering customer emails and in-app support messages to provide product information and resolutions to account issues.
You will be responsible for:
• Respond to all customer queries with clear and friendly written communication
• Respond to all customer queries in an efficient and timely manner
• Investigate customer account issues through relevant systems to provide accurate resolutions to our customers
• Escalate queries as appropriate for further investigation or actions
• Work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Flexible working hours including early mornings and graveyard.
• Must be willing to work on weekends.

What we are looking for?
• You are fluent in English written communication
• You have a passion for building strong customer relationships and providing exceptional customer support experiences.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service
• You can provide a personalized customer experience through easy, quick, and enthusiastic interactions that allow our customers to resolve their issues.
• You can manage tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and a high attention to detail.
• You are tech savvy and proficient navigating in a Windows environment. This will include but are not limited to: investigating customer account issues, providing resolutions to app issues, as well as resolving customer concerns while cultivating positive customer relationships.
