Work Hours: PST (Night shift in the Philippines)
12pm EST – 9PM EST (one hour break in the middle) Subject to change based on team needs

Job Overview:

As a Filipino Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and providing solutions to their concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
Provide product and service information to customers and identify upselling opportunities.
Set up sales calls once upselling opportunities are identified
Chase and collect missing and late payments from customers
Resolve escalated or complex calls from customers with professionalism and patience.
Maintain customer accounts and update information as needed.
Manage and organize customer and course information
Address and resolve technical issues, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to support sales efforts and provide insights from customer interactions.

Requirements:

Very fluent in English, with native-level proficiency.
Detail oriented
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 year of experience in Customer Support or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle complex customer situations with empathy and understanding.
Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management software.
Comfortable working in a night shift aligned with PST.
Respond to customer inquires in a timely manner, such as in 10min or reasonable time frame during normal business hours.
Respond to urgent customer requests during the weekends if urgent matters occurs.
Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
