We’re growing faster than we ever imagined and we have an immediate need for experienced and advanced Customer Support Reps to join our team. This is not a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), Call Center, or Data Entry position. This is a role that requires people who are skilled critical thinkers, can handle a high volume of emails and calls, can think quickly on their feet, and excel at finding innovative solutions to complex problems. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Department Goals & KPIs
– Meet or exceed individual quotas and KPI
Department Support
– Participate in team-building opportunities and maintain positive working relationships within the team
– Responsible for completing tasks as assigned and by due dates
– Responsible for quality assurance checks of your work
Phone Communication
– Answer inbound calls, transfer as needed, answer questions, and filter sales or marketing calls
– Make outbound callbacks or calls to provide order status updates, get additional customer information, or issue resolution follow-up
Ticket Communication
– Manage ZohoDesk tickets by responding to customer inquiries or following -up on issue resolution
Issue Resolution
– Resolve basic customer issues
– Collaborate with Vendor Partners as needed
– Resolve Customer Account & Login Issues
– Facilitate order returns and cancellations
– Update or modify orders as needed
Requirements
We are a U.S. based company, so you must be able to work Pacific Standard business hours
You must be fluent in English (both verbal and written)
You must have at least 3 years of Customer Service experience and 1 year of e-Commerce experience
You must have consistent minimum internet speeds of 8Mbps and a modern computer that meets the below specs:
Multicore Processor ex: Intel i3,i5,i7, or higher; AMD Ryzen, Athlon, FX or higher
8GB of Memory or higher
Minimum 128GB Hard Disk Drive or Solid State Storage
Licensed 64 bit Windows 10 or Mac 10.14 (Mojave or Latest)
Ability to support a dual monitor setup
