Client support and Sales support

Main job desc: We need you to manage a large list of clients and leads and engage with them via online chat and phone calls.

We are an Australian dance school in Sydney, having been operating for many years and have been working with a Phillipines based support team for many years.

About the role

We are looking for the friendliest and brightest person around to be the face and voice of our business helping our clients and potential clients by chatting to them via our texting platform as well as on the phone.

This will require you to get to know our processes and then contact leads as well as existing clients with onboarding processes, booking in for appointments, following up non responders and using your creativity to help people with their questions and as well as selling our services and recommending memberships and pricing options.

Duties & responsibilities

On an average day, you will be doing (but not limited to) the following activities:
– Handling all inbound chats and texts and emails and calls
– Help our customers with rescheduling, cancelling and creating new bookings.
– Onboarding new clients with orientation about how to have the best experience with our school
– Calling new leads, old leads and current clients.
– dealing with complaints or problems
– processing payments, memberships, cancellations etc in Mindbody

Skills and experience

– Perfect written and spoken English and ability to connect and build relationships
– Excellent organisation and multitasking to manage many client chats every day
– Mindbody online experience highly desirable.
