Job Description

Blockpass, a leading identity verification system, is on the lookout for a talented individual who can bring their expertise and enthusiasm to our team as a Customer Support/Sales Agent. This role promises a fun and dynamic work environment, requiring professionalism and a willingness to accommodate our clients by working non-standard hours.

As a full-time position, you’ll be working 8 hours a day. However, during the initial three weeks of training, work hours will be reduced to 4 hours per day. Don’t worry, though, because we’ll start off with regular working hours during training and gradually transition to out-of-work hours. Our training shift begins at 4 PM HK time, and once you move into full-time employment, the start time will shift to either 5 PM or 7 PM, giving you a chance to enjoy a flexible schedule.

Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be responsible for:

Showcasing your extensive experience with Zendesk to provide top-notch chat and email support.
Responding promptly and accurately to user and customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Helping users and customers understand our platform’s features and guiding them on their usage.
Conducting thorough analysis and reporting of product malfunctions, using various scenarios and user simulations.
Updating internal databases with technical issue details and documenting valuable customer interactions.
Keeping an eye on social media platforms to address customer complaints and offer timely assistance.
Collaborating with team members by sharing feature requests and effective workarounds.
Proactively informing customers about new features and functionalities.
Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are successfully resolved.
Gathering customer feedback and relaying it to the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Assisting in the training of junior Customer Support Representatives.
Responding to sales inquiries and following up as necessary.
Scheduling calls with prospects and actively participating in meetings to represent the company.
Tracking sales progress and managing the pipeline using Zendesk Sell.

To excel in this role, we require the following:

Previous experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar role.
Sales representative experience is a plus.
Familiarity with our industry is advantageous.
A background in compliance is desirable.
Proficiency in working within a compliance onboarding environment.
Ability to effectively utilize help desk software and remote support tools.
Understanding of CRM systems and their functionality.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Maintaining a patient and composed demeanor when handling challenging cases.
Attentiveness to user needs and a proactive approach to collaborate with the team, enhancing the user and customer support experience.
