Job Description

Join our fast-growing company as a Social Media Agent with fluent English.
You will work with clients in the accounts of a well-known cosmetic brand on Social networks.
This role requires exceptional communication skills, a passion for beauty products, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

It is a temporary remote position.
Schedule: 5 working days per week; 10 PM – 7 AM Manila time (8 hours/day, can be +-3h flexible if needed)

Your responsibilities:
– Monitoring and responding to all public comments on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, etc.;
– Engaging with positive and negative feedback;
– Solve customer inquiries via emails;
– Study and apply product knowledge to recommend, obtain or sell items based on understanding of the customers’ needs.

You will answer questions about the products, recommendations, how to use, how to return, how to order etc.; also complaints and refund requests about beauty products created with AI technology; recommend the best suited products to their customers.

You are our perfect candidate if you have:
– Interest or a hobby in makeup/cosmetics/skincare/wellness;
– Experience in Customer Support in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
– Fluent English with a professional tone of voice, excellent verbal and written English skills;
– Energetic and positive team-player;
– Problem-solver;
– Understanding social media slang-;
– You can work as a self-employed by the contract.
– You can work from home, don’t be distracted, have your own laptop or computer;
