Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Support Specialist to be the frontline of our global educational movement. As the voice and heart of PRO EDU, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the learning journey of our worldwide community of digital artists and photographers. Your expertise in Zendesk, Live Support Chat, and other customer service platforms will be instrumental in providing seamless and enriching interactions with our clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Support
Provide empathetic and solution-oriented customer service through Zendesk, Live Support Chat, and other platforms.
Assist customers in navigating our course offerings and resources, helping them to find the perfect match for their learning journey.
Feedback Analysis & Implementation
Collaborate with the product development team to integrate customer feedback into our course creation process, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Analyze customer queries and feedback to identify trends and potential areas for enhancement.
Technical Assistance
Offer technical support to customers, aiding them in utilizing our platform to its fullest potential.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to course access, payment, and other technical aspects swiftly and efficiently.
Community Building
Engage with our community through various channels, fostering a vibrant and collaborative learning environment.
Facilitate connections between learners, encouraging peer-to-peer learning and collaboration.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Proficient in Zendesk, Live Support Chat, and other customer service platforms.
Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for empathetic and aspirational engagement.
A passion for education and a deep understanding of the digital artistry landscape.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to think on your feet.
Experience in a customer support role, preferably in the education or creative industry.
