We are looking for an experienced, passionate Personal and Customer Support VA who will be working mainly on customer service tasks, making sure our business runs smoothly. They will also be working on office and admin tasks. Social media management work may be required.
The role responsibilities include:
1) responding to customer concerns via Messenger and Instagram
2) Identify, research, and resolve customer issues
3) Reminding clients of their premium dues via Messenger or Instagram
4) Creating content for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and organizing contents schedules
5) Sending a daily report through email, detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
You’ll go really far if you are a fast learner, a great communicator, calm and collected under pressure, pays close attention to detail, and follow instructions to the letter. We also need someone who can work with minimal supervision.
Work Hours and Schedule:
This is a part-time position for 4 hours/day, 5 days a week, 20hrs total in a week. Schedules are Mon-Fri, rest days Sat-Sun. Or Tues-Sat, rest days Sun-Mon. Work hours are 10am-3pm. Or 1pm-5pm.
Schedules may change every month.
For example, on Month 1, schedule will be 10am-3pm, Mon-Fri, offs Sat Sun.
On Month 2, schedule will be 1pm-5pm, Tues-Sat, offs Sun Mon
All are PH time.
Work Duration:
Depends on your performance, preferably long term
Qualifications required:
+ Strong, consistent internet access and computer literacy
+ Must have a laptop
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Our clients are Filipinos all around the world. You are not required to converse in English the whole time, but you will need to have conversational, competent skills in Tagalog and Cebuano/Bisaya.
