We are looking for the next superstar Customer Support Specialist. A caring, well-rounded team member with drive & passion for adding value and being a part of a growing company.
REQUIREMENTS
High-level written English
High-level spoken English
High-level English comprehension to be able to figure out how to handle/resolve a buyer’s concerns
Willingness to work anytime even on weekends as per the company’s requests (This is still within a 38-40 hour work week. Overtime is NEVER required, this is just referring to being flexible regarding your schedule)
Ability to compose correct, intuitive responses without using a template (templates ARE provided, but they are used as a base, not as the standard)
Organized, detail-oriented, positive attitude, and resourceful
Willing to be trained for a new role if needed and/or take on new tasks
Must demonstrate good communication skills and collaboration with the team.
Must have a fast and stable internet connection, with backup power and internet in case of interruptions.
Nice to have but not required:
Amazon Seller Central Experience
***Training will be provided in terms of our specific process and workflow but you need to be able to take initiative, THINK, and RESEARCH.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
We support customers for our clients on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and through Gmail and platforms like Helpscout.
All client communication is done via email. Phone is not required.
Hubstaff time tracking is required
Disclosure of other contracts is required
The role is during daytime US business hours. Hours will be from 9a-6p EST US time (your overnight).
This is a full-time position that requires exclusive work during your shift
Salary is paid on a biweekly basis from a PH bank
