Starseekr is looking to hire a Customer Support Representative. Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and assistance to clients or customers. You will act as a direct point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and issues, striving to resolve them promptly and efficiently. Your role is crucial in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with the company’s products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Assistance: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and providing guidance in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently, striving to achieve first-call resolution whenever possible.
3. Communication: Maintain clear and concise communication with customers through various channels, including phone, email, live chat, or social media platforms.
4. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
5. Documentation: Record and maintain detailed and accurate customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
6. Customer Satisfaction: Strive to meet or exceed customer expectations, ensuring their satisfaction with the company’s products or services.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to communicate customer feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to customer-centric initiatives.
8. Customer Retention: Identify opportunities to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a customer support or contact center role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Empathy and patience when dealing with customers
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software
Knowledge of basic computer applications and proficiency in typing
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required
