**Job Title: Remote Chat Support Specialist (Based in the Philippines)**

Our dynamic team is currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic Chat Support Specialist who will provide world-class service to our clients. This position is open to candidates based in the Philippines.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Provide outstanding support to our customers through FreshChat, answering inquiries and offering solutions in real-time.
2. Use FreshSales CRM to track and manage customer interactions.
3. Educate customers about our weight loss methods, including the use of drugs such as Semaglutide.
4. Collaborate with our team to continuously improve our customer experience.
5. Participate in weekly team meetings, training sessions, and one-on-ones, all held online.

**Requirements**

– Native-level English proficiency
– Familiarity with FreshSales and FreshChat CRM systems
– At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably within a health/medical or weight loss environment
– Excellent understanding of medical terminology, especially as it pertains to weight loss and medications such as Semaglutide
– Ability to work 10-hour shifts, primarily during U.S. business hours
– High-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace for uninterrupted customer interactions
– A proactive and positive approach to work, with an ability to take initiative
– Strong empathy and the ability to remain calm under pressure
