Responsibilities:
– Interact with customers on behalf of the organization either by email, phone, or chat- the face of the company.
– Strong communication skills to clearly and accurately respond to customer inquiries and concerns through service tickets.
– Record details of customer contacts and actions are taken
– Refer issues to department managers for specific actions to be taken
– Monitor progress and follow-ups to each department for speedy resolution
– Maintain constant communication with the customers until issue resolution
– Handle complaints and escalations to the manager
– Maintains positive relationships with customers and co-workers
– Documents updates in the customer support process for future reference
– Continuously look for improvements in the customer support process
