Job Overview:
The Customer Support Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact between our company and clients requiring installation, maintenance, or handyman services. A crucial aspect of this role involves leveraging expertise in these fields to provide exceptional customer support and guidance.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, EST
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requiring installations, maintenance, handyman services, or truck transportation and warehousing.
Efficiently manage and schedule service appointments to ensure prompt and efficient completion of tasks.
Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and service technicians to ensure seamless service execution.
Provide knowledgeable and helpful assistance to customers regarding installation procedures, maintenance, and service-related inquiries.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of service requests, appointments, and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role within an installation, maintenance, or handyman service company, with expertise in furniture/appliance installation, real estate/building maintenance, or the truck transportation and warehousing industry.
Proficiency in managing service schedules and coordinating tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to customers.
Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate records and ensuring customer satisfaction.
