**Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our users, helping them overcome any challenges they encounter and encouraging them to make the most out of [](/). By leveraging your communication skills and problem-solving abilities, you will drive initiatives to increase user engagement, reduce churn, and foster a community of power users and superfans.
*This role involves both direct user support and collaboration with various teams to enhance the overall user experience.* The ideal candidate will be comfortable crafting personalized responses, updating internal knowledge bases, and collaborating on user feedback-driven product improvements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Respond to user inquiries and provide solutions that encourage app usage for 1hr+ a week.
– Create and maintain an internal knowledge base of effective solutions.
– Develop and share content that helps users get the most out of the product.
– Collaborate with the team to provide a better experience for users.
– Monitor social media and review platforms daily.
– Craft thoughtful and personalized responses to promote app usage.
– Update FAQs based on common inquiries.
– Collaborate with marketing and product teams to address user feedback.
– Track and report on community feedback to drive continuous improvement in user engagement and satisfaction.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
– 2-3+ years of experience in customer support or similar positions.
– Proficiency in using CRM tools and support platforms.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective solutions.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to empathize with users and understand their needs.
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
– Experience with social media engagement and public-facing interactions.
– Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
