**Role Overview:**

As the frontline for our users, you’ll address their technical queries and challenges, leveraging your HTML and CSS expertise. Familiarity with Shopify’s ecosystem will be your tool to ensure our app enhances our customers’ stores perfectly. This role is a blend of technical acumen, stellar customer service, and in-depth knowledge of the Shopify platform.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Offer technical support for app functionality, integration, and customization.
– Customize app elements using HTML and CSS to meet customer specifications.
– Navigate Shopify themes and app integrations; Liquid knowledge is a plus but not a must.
– Document interactions and issues in Intercom, email, Notion, and Linear.
– Work closely with development and management to escalate and resolve issues.
– Exceed customer expectations with a friendly and solution-oriented approach.

**Ideal Candidate:**

– Experienced in technical support, preferably within the Shopify ecosystem.
– Fluent in English with excellent communication skills and a track record of customer support and videos for customers in English.
– Proficient in HTML and CSS.
– Previous customer support experience for Shopify Apps highly valued.
– Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
