Monday – Friday / 8:00AM -5:00PM PST (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM PHT)

Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Outbound Support Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, representing us with the highest level of professionalism and customer service to our will work closely with our internal support team to resolve any customer escalations and help fill out survey questions from callers on master reports. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with our customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and creators, engaging with them in a timely and appropriate manner.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have strong organizational skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Your responsibilities will include making a minimum of 75-100 outbound calls daily to customers who have signed up for our service, helping them with their application, and ensuring all their questions are answered. Additionally, you will call customers for other projects as assigned, and accurately log all conversations our internal database.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support
Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound calling in either sales or support
Possess a cheerful disposition and clear tone of voice
Must be tech-savvy and able to quickly learn and effectively use various computer applications
Independent and self-motivated with the ability to work with little supervision
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information and procedures
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to independently provide solutions or workarounds to difficult technical problems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with exceptional proficiency in English language skills and typing speed
Reliable high-speed internet connection to support multiple tabs and programs, including video
Proactive approach to seeking out ways to improve our support systems and products, and the ability to champion ideas and drive implementation
Demonstrated trustworthiness, integrity, and ethical standards in work
Empathetic and patient demeanor in responding to customer requests and inquiries
Resilient and adaptable in handling critical feedback and difficult customer situations with the ability to turn negative situations into positive ones
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both internal team members and external customers.

Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection.
Latest-model computer (preferably Core i5 or higher) with at least 8GB RAM.
Availability for scheduled and ad-hoc calls, meetings, and chats during weekdays.
Quiet workspace to ensure professional communication and minimize distractions.
Good quality noise-canceling headset to facilitate clear communication.
Double monitors are preferred but not required to support multitasking and productivity.
