Essential Functions:

– Work as part of a team of customer service representatives all working remote.
– Respond to inbound customer e-mails and written correspondence via Social Media Channels
– Provide excellent support by answering questions pertaining to our educational products for nursing students.
– Recommend solutions to which educational products the company offers which can help a student study more effectively.
-While performing the duties of this position, the employee will view, have access to, and work with confidential data. The employee in this position must adhere to strict confidentiality policies and procedures.
– Document customer interactions
– Perform related duties as requested.

***This job is full-time and REMOTE! No Saturday Work (woo-hoo!)

One (1) or more years of customer service experience.

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

– Must have a “customer-centric” and enthusiastic attitude.
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with exceptional problem-solving skills.
– Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with a strong sense of urgency.
– Familiarity with positive language and encouragement to students who may be discouraged.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure with emails.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
– Perfect English understanding and grammar are a must.
– A strong internet connection is needed.
– Hubstaff is used to track working hours.
