Job Description

US Digital Limited is a rapidly growing e-commerce company specializing in drop shipping. As we expand, we seek a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team and help us maintain our commitment to excellence.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist experienced in handling email inquiries specifically within the Shopify platform. The primary responsibility of this role will be to manage emails from our 6 stores across Europe regarding various customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback via email, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution for each customer. We are looking for a problem-solver, resourceful, and easy-to-train candidate.

Responsibilities:
– Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via email (Outlook) within established response – timeframes.
– Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, and other inquiries related to the Shopify platform.
– Investigate and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience and avoiding escalation as much as possible.
– Document necessary information following our structure (sheets, docs, etc).
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide the highest level of service to customers.

Requirements:
– Strong emphasis on email communication.
– Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail and grammar.
– Proven experience working with the Shopify platform, including navigating the admin interface, processing orders, and managing customer inquiries (You may also state the Shopify stores you’ve worked with in the past in your application letter, it would be a plus!)
– Knowledge of translation tools such as DeepL and ChatGPT is a plus.
– Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
– Proficiency in using MS Outlook, CRM systems, and other customer support tools is a plus.
– And most, NOT TARDY!
