We are a successful online shop founded in Germany, still serving the German-speaking regions (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Our main product for nearly two years has been a handheld vacuum cleaner with an integrated air pressure function, which accounts for approximately 95% of our total sales. Other products in this niche are also available in our shop.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a customer support staff member who can reliably handle our customer emails.
As an online shop, we pride ourselves on offering our customers 24/7 email support, ensuring no customer waits longer than 24 hours for a response. We place great emphasis on customer satisfaction in general, maintaining a very accommodating and friendly approach with our customers. For most customer emails, we have created specific templates that need only minimal modifications and/or additions when necessary. However, we also expect that not only pre-prepared responses are sent blindly but that follow-up questions or specific customer inquiries are addressed appropriately.
Our customers speak German and receive German responses from us. While it is not a strict requirement for applicants to speak and understand German fluently, it is imperative to use a very good and reliable translation website in such cases. Reliability and accuracy are our top priorities!
What do we mean by this exactly?
For example: A customer writes that their item is defective, with a detailed explanation! We have an email template for defective items, which includes a sentence about what exactly is defective. If the customer has already explained this, such a sentence must, of course, be deleted.
Currently, our daily email volume is about 50 emails, so the position can start as a flexible part-time job. Due to planned increases in advertising budget, the email volume is expected to increase in the future, making a transition to full-time with adjusted salary possible in the medium term.
