Join Our Team as a Customer Support & Success Agent!

At N.E. Studios, we’re on a mission to redefine social media management and influencer marketing. We’re looking for a dynamic Customer Support & Success Agent who is determined to make sales and play a pivotal role in our journey towards becoming a leading influencer management agency.

What You’ll Do:
-Reply to and manage incoming customer inquiries on all platforms (social media, website, ticket center, etc.) while providing an outstanding level of customer service through clear and accurate communication.
-Build rapport and develop good relationships with potential clients leading to successful sales
-Use every customer interaction as an opportunity to illustrate Above & Beyond customer care.
-Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns
-Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and a positive attitude in all interactions
-Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies

Who You Are:
-A friendly, engaging and motivated professional who is excited about having a long-term career in sales.
-Possess excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written).
-Able to handle multiple customer inquiries and conversations simultaneously.
-Has the ability to follow provided guidelines and instructions.
-Flexible to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-Has knowledge of web services and mobile applications.
-Be creative on a daily basis in finding ways to better serve our end users and internal services.
-Identify areas for improvement and help develop the customer care department.

Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3 per hour + Commission
Working Hours: 56 hours/week with 2 weekdays off per month
