Position: Customer Support Technician
Are you a technical integrator that’s looking for full-time employment?
Supafitgrow is looking to hire a full-time Go-High-Level Expert role immediately!
This is an exciting role for a TRUE integrator that is passionate about the software Go High Level and has intermediate to advanced experience with Go High Level.
REQUIREMENTS
– You MUST be advanced with GoHighLevel
– You MUST be advanced with Zapier
– You MUST be able to think outside the box and assist in solution creation
– You MUST have a stable internet
– You MUST speak fluid English
– You SHOULD be familiar with how the agency model works
– You SHOULD have 2+ years experience in a similar position
– Be able to work in the AUSTRALIAN time-zone

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Setting up new clients on go-high-level CRM
– Integrating leads through Zapier
– Quality assurance – checking integration regularly
– Onboarding clients by following clear SOP (Email, )
– Technical support, troubleshooting client tech issues
