– Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and communicative individual to join our team as an Instagram / Facebook Messenger Appointment Setter (Customer support). The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential clients via Instagram direct messages (DMs) to schedule appointments with our coaching team.
Responsibilities:
– Engage with Instagram users in a professional and friendly manner through DMs.
– Initiate conversations to qualify potential leads interested in our coaching programs.
– Provide information about our services and benefits to potential clients.
– Schedule appointments for coaching consultations with qualified leads.
– Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and update the team’s calendar.
– Collaborate with the sales or marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:
– Proficiency in using Instagram messaging (instagram & Facebook) / Meta Messaging
– Excellent (English) written communication skills with a friendly and engaging tone.
– Proven experience in customer service or appointment setting is advantageous.
– Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
– Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding appointment targets.
– Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude.
