Customer Support Virtual Assistant

We are a rapidly growing Shopify E-Commerce Brand , committed to providing excellent products and outstanding customer service. As we scale, we’re looking for a hard-working, dedicated Customer Support Virtual Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities Include:

– Responding to customer inquiries via email and social media
– Communicating with suppliers to resolve customer inquiries
– Assisting with refunding / editing orders inside Shopify
– Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
– Providing accurate product information and support
– Collaborating with the team to improve customer service processes
– Efficiently solving problems & tasks independently

Requirements:

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
– Minimum of 3 years experience as a customer support VA
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Experience with software and tools such as Zendesk & Shopify
– Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed

Pay / Hours:
– Starts at $3/hr, volume is currently minimal, but is expected to rapidly increase as we scale.
– Currently 10 hours/week is desired
– Weekly performance-based bonuses
