SEO For Real Estate Investors is a marketing company based in Connecticut and we are searching for our next teammate with expertise in customer service and designing websites.

Required Tasks:
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary role will be to support our clients on their journey. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for but not limited to:
* Answering client questions promptly through our ticketed system.
* Offering guidance to help clients complete the program effectively.
* Being available for video calls to provide further assistance when necessary.
* Creating loom videos that will help our students visually if needed.
* Assist manager with additional tasks for the company not pertaining to clients, when not assisting clients.

* Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript. Advanced CSS/HTML skills are a significant advantage
