Position: Written Customer Service and Product Manager

Position Overview:

Seeking enthusiastic individuals who are eager to work and grow with a passionate and creative business focused on the graphic design and printed merchandise industry. We are looking for someone who is competent and comfortable with written customer service, product management, generating reports, and order processing while also being flexible with us as we grow and become much busier. We provide a fun, flexible and low-pressure environment with career path opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for a part-time VA position with the intention to transition into full-time based on the development of the applicant. Training will be provided for all responsibilities.

Expectations

• Fluent English
• Applicant must be well expressed and articulated in the English language.
• Timely responses to customer service and managerial communications.
• It is expected that the applicant responds to any communications from either staff or customers in a timely fashion. This is
typically within a 24-hour period.
• Organization
•It is expected that the applicant can organize themselves, and their tasks in a way that’s practical for them to remain
efficient. Training on this topic can be provided if necessary.
• Ability to be flexible with our growth as demands require more hours needed during busy periods. Minimum hours will be approximately 10-15 hours per week, up to 25 hours per week during the busy season. However please keep in mind that the intention for this role is to become full-time (approx. 30-40 hours per week) as we expand our business. If you are eager for full-time hours sooner. This will be facilitated.
• Though your schedule can be flexible, at times you will be expected to be available at some point during the hours of 11AM – 7PM EST to coordinate in real-time with our production staff (if needed).
• Ability to work independently with trust and minimal supervision.
• It is also expected that you do not have any concurrent employment.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service
• The primary focus of this role is maintaining our standard of excellence in customer service. Applicant will be responsible for managing incoming customer inquiries along with following our various workflows for addressing any concerns. It is also important that the applicant can empathize and understand the sentiment of our customers, almost in a predictive way, to minimize negative outcomes or complaints.
• Order Processing
• Managing and submitting incoming orders to our fulfillment partners.
• Reports
• Most reports are generated automatically but some basic inputs are necessary.
• Product Management
• Product edits of general tasks related to the management of our online products.
• Experience
• Customer service through written communications is highly preferred.
• Proficient computer usage
• Bonus: Experience and comfort with Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
• Bonus: Experience working with the Amazon, Etsy and eBay selling platforms.
