Job Overview:
Tend seeks a part-time Customer Experience & Affiliate Marketing Assistant. This essential role provides the first line of communication for our customers and potential influencer partners, working closely with the founder to craft written communications that are empathetic, winsome, and reflect our brand voice. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and collaborative individual to engage consumers, elevate brand equity, and support our growing fan base. The job presents an amazing opportunity for this individual to participate in the behind-the-scenes aspects of a start-up food and nutrition business and potentially grow into additional roles. This is not a temporary position, we’d like this individual to grow with the company.
Customer Experience (60%):
Craft informed, timely and empathetic responses to customer inquiries coming through email and social media channels
Maintain and track KPIs related to Customer Experience such as response time
Assist with building out a resource base with common customer questions
Navigate Shopify, subscription and fulfillment back-end software for order history and status
Communicate with fulfillment partner about order and delivery status if necessary
Affiliate Marketing Assistance (40%):
Assist with sourcing and engaging 1) lifestyle influencers who are pregnant, postpartum, or trying to conceive and 2) practitioner influencers who align with brand values
Maintain and organize tracking and status for influencers and potential affiliates
Draft, maintain, and track outreach and response messages to influencers and practitioners on social media and email
Coordinate shipment of product to partners
Onboard and educate affiliates onto the Superfiliate platform
Qualifications:
Detail-oriented, responsible, and thorough
Positive and professional attitude
Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and adaptability
Energetic, solution-oriented team player
Outstanding project management skills
Proficient in Google Suite, experience with other CX and eCommerce platforms a plus
Undergraduate degree required; major in marketing, communications, or related field is a plus
Available for 10-15 hours per week
Pay is negotiable based on experience
