Daily operations

Im looking for somebody first of all that is very good with communicating with people in english. That will be one of the big task is responding to my clients and answering their questions. You must also be good with technology and iPhones would really help as my business is based around buying iphones.

other task that will need complete is listing the iphones on ebay sometimes so must be good with ebay. Also you will be creating invoices for my buyers using google sheets and managing my inventory with google sheets and adding and removing phones once i get them or sell them.

I als0o would like somebody that can send for me 40 messages a day to potential customers which is just a copy and paste message and i can show you how to find the people but should be familiar with fb as well

also i need somebody that can schedule usps pickups for me and basically handle any other day to day task.

hours are about 5-15 hours a week but looking to grow and have somebody that eventually i could take on full time thats a rockstar. i ask that you be available mon-sat 9-5pm est time to work but you wont be working this full time.

A normal day looks like on monday following up with everybody i give you a list of on whats app and facebook at 9am till how ever long it takes

then messaging the 40 new people which should take 30 minutes. then responding to people questions every hour or so so like 9am 10am 11am 12pm 1pm 2pm 3pm 4pm 5pm. I also send over pictures daiy for about 5 ebay listings around 2pm every day. this should take about a hour to complete or less

Im looking for somebody that could do all this and like i said is available from 9-5pm est. but youre are paid on the hours you work which should be 5-15 a week. im looking for somebody i can grow with and eventually bring on full time from that 9-5 est time. I want somebody that I dont have to watch over and check on. As I also say Im not a babysitter lol I wanna be able to have you give updates from time to time and thats it. Im not paid to watch over you lol. I can pay $4 a hour u.s.

Im okay with you doing other things as long as you can handle getting done everything I need done and able to go full time when I need you to hopefully in the next 6 months or so
