Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a proactive Task Assistant who is adept at handling a wide array of tasks. Your primary role will be to work closely with me, assisting in organizing and managing daily activities, from to-do lists to reminders and everything in between.

The ideal candidate will be someone who can quickly adapt to our workflow, help maintain clarity in our processes, and contribute to the smooth execution of tasks.

Responsibilities include:
• Keeping track of daily tasks, reminders, events, interactions, and updates.
• Recording and organizing activities into relevant systems and software.
• Assisting in the completion of tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Helping maintain organization to prevent clutter and overwhelm.
• Learning and adapting to the work style to anticipate needs and streamline processes.

In Video 2, Imagine an angry customer calls and you have to call them back. Record yourself leaving a message to an upset customer (as a company of your choosing); we are looking for your personal characteristics, problem solving ability, and communication skills.

In Video 3, pick an activity you’ve mastered how to perform (can be anything from cooking to playing a game); record a tutorial video (up to one minute) on your chosen activity; we are looking for your ability to communicate your ideas and methodology efficiently and effectively.
