Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Danish-Speaking Digital Content Representative. As part of our dynamic and collaborative international team, you will play a crucial role in creating and managing digital content, as well as providing support to colleagues and clients in Denmark.

If you are fluent in Danish and have a passion for digital marketing, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our global success.

Responsibilities:

Digital Content Creation:

– Develop and create engaging digital content in Danish for various platforms, including websites and social media.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation.

Language Support:

– Assist colleagues with Danish language queries and ensure accurate communication both internally and externally.
– Translate and adapt content from English to Danish, maintaining the tone and style.

Client Interaction:

– Communicate with Danish clients trough mail if needed and understand their needs to provide excellent customer support.
– Address client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
– Only written support – no phone.

Digital Marketing Knowledge:

– Possess a good understanding of digital marketing principles, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO.
– Stay updated on industry trends and apply this knowledge to enhance digital content strategies.

Collaboration:

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure a seamless experience for Danish-speaking clients.

Data Analysis:

– Monitor and analyze the performance of digital content to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
– Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness of digital campaigns.

Qualifications:

– Fluency in Danish (written) is essential.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Previous experience in digital content creation or a related field is preferred.
– Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO is a plus.
– Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Philippine Time and it’s from home.
