Job Description

Treatspace is looking for an experienced Data Analysis Assistant for our PracticeBeat (/) product line to support our Customer Success team as they help customers achieve the most value out of our cloud-based software. The Data Analysis Assistant will monitor overall customer health metrics, prepare quarterly customer reports, assign and manage follow up tasks, and keep the CRM and customer data up to date.

This is a full time, 40-hour week position with competitive pay. 3 month trial basis.

Responsibilities

Tactics
– Pull and analyze customer performance data
– Create customer-facing presentations showcasing performance data and improvement opportunities
– Attend and take notes during customer quarterly business reviews
– Prepare meeting summaries to be sent to customers
– Assign and monitor follow up tasks from customer meetings
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail

Required Education + Experience:
– Proficient in English; Both in verbal and written communications
– College or University student
– 4-5 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant
– Experience with Google Analytics is preferred
– Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred

Desired Skills and Experience:

Technical
– Proven and professional communication skills
– Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO)
– Familiarity with gathering and presenting data
– Experience working with a US company is preferred
– Knowledge about US healthcare system is preferred (not needed)

– Possess an enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented approach towards work
– Multi-task and change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
– Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with multiple teams
– Lifelong learner, adaptable to and embracing of the ever-changing and evolving SEO best practices
– Prior experience with both verbal and written customer communications
– Willingness to contribute in other areas of the company, as needed
