Data Analyst

We are looking for a talented and dedicated Data Analyst to join our team and help us make data-driven decisions to enhance our business operations. As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive strategic business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover valuable insights, identify trends, and create actionable recommendations. Your work will contribute to our continued growth and success.

Responsibilities
– Gather and compile data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external APIs.
– Pre-process and clean data to ensure accuracy and reliability, and transform raw data into usable formats.
– Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in the data.
– Create meaningful and informative visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate insights to stakeholders.
– Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, summarizing key findings and insights for decision-makers.
– Develop predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques to forecast future trends and outcomes.
– Translate data findings into actionable recommendations and strategies to drive business improvements.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
– Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
– Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
– Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and data storytelling abilities.
– Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
– Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts is a plus.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
– Familiarity with data management and database systems.
