Stratus Financial, LLC is currently seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing complex datasets to uncover valuable insights that drive informed business decisions and enhance our lending operations.

Job Responsibilities:
• Developing and maintaining databases, and data systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Preparing reports for management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
• Collaborate with teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Create visually compelling reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues on data-related matters.
Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or any related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in the lending or financial industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and other data analysis tools.
• Experience with SQL, C++, Visual Basic preferred
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with statistical techniques and tools for data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Attention to detail and a passion for accuracy in data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Hours:
8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST
