DATA ANALYST – Job Description

Kinara International are recruiting for a Senior Data Analyst.

For this role you will work closely and report to the Head of Marketing.

This is a homebased working role with occasional travel.

The recruit will maintain and grow their business analysis capabilities and assist in strategic decision making.

You will be working closely with various members of the team to manage and automate dashboards for both our internal needs and the assessment of the performance of our clients.

Also be responsible for ensuring current and future data quality by working with various business units to ensure data capture and system capabilities meet business needs.

The role will also be responsible for improving overall data quality and maintenance and improvement of a SQL data warehouse.

Contractual hours are 37.5 hours per week – working UK/EU hours but be flexible for crossover into other time zones, with daily working hours of 9am to 5pm Monday – Friday.

In addition to this, the postholder will be required to undertake additional hours outside of contractual working hours during busy periods or when specific project work requires such commitment and overnight stays may be required for meetings and events.

Key responsibilities:
• Working with both internal and external stakeholders – good written and verbal English is a must.
• Continually review and refine existing dashboards and the data warehouse to ensure high efficiency.
• To regularly report on dashboard progress to the line manager and to present at board priority meetings.
• Daily, weekly and monthly reports to be created and advised on.

The Person:
• You must have good written and oral English.
• Ability to work across time zones
• Ability and equipment required to work remotely.
• At least 1 year as data analyst
• Be able to set up and implement processes
• Automate data analysing
• Generate high quality and easy to understand reports
• Working knowledge or various databases plus websites a must – eg. Woo commerce, Shopify etc.

Salary:
• 60,000 php per month (Paid via Wise or PayPal in PhP, USD or GBP) open to negotiate on monthly salary
• Holiday entitlement PLUS Philippines national holidays
