Responsibilities
– Identify and gather data from various internal and external sources, including databases, marketing campaigns, front-end analytic tools, clickstream data, etc
– Perform data cleaning and organizing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data sets
– Develop and implement strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
– Apply data mining techniques to extract meaningful insights and hidden information from large datasets
– Use work collaboration tools to effectively manage tasks and assign items accordingly
– Develop dashboards to inform business decisions with an emphasis on automation and scalability
– Build models to predict customer behavior and better understand the drivers of customer engagement and retention
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, business, and engineering or a related field
– Minimum 2 years relevant experience as Data Analyst
– Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye to details
– Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
– Solid understanding of Statistics with ability to explain statistical concepts to non-technical audiences
– Must be in Cebu City and open for an office based set up
