Overview:
Enliven is seeking to hire an Excel guru and data mastermind to better serve our clients. This person will love creating spreadsheet models, administering, and overseeing simple databases, and wading through way too much information to compile executive-friendly reports. Some manual data entry may be required. This is a long term role where you will be respected, valued and grow quickly. You will play a vital role in the success of helping the business thrive. We have extensive experience working with virtual teams in the Philippines and there will be addition team members you can connect with in the Philippines.

Working Hours:
This position requires the ability to work in sync with our US-based team (specifically, on the US Central time zone), and therefore requires you to work the “graveyard” shift.

Some “Must Haves”:
• Extensive experience with and mastery of Microsoft Excel
• Experience and familiarity with pivot tables (Microsoft PowerPivot, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft PowerBI a plus)
• Ability to manage master data, including creation, updates, and deletion
• Ability to architect and create simple databases (through PowerPivot or PowerBI a plus), alongside the ability to create simple systems or webforms for capturing data into the databases on the fly
• Ability to analyze complicated legal contracts and deal proposals to translate the financial elements into financial models and projections
• Love of technology and ability to work with (and learn) many SAAS online platforms
• Ability to work independently without hand holding or monitoring
• Excellent communication skills
• Track record of honesty and utmost integrity
• Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous projects within deadlines
• Strong work ethic and optimistic attitude
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Strive for continuous improvement
•. You have fast, reliable internet and a reliable computer that can handle multiple applications open at once (Slack, Notion, Excel, Google Chrome, Zoom, etc)
•. You speak & write fluent English. This is an absolute must as you’ll be speaking with team members and clients regularly.
•. You’re comfortable communicating via Email, Slack, Voice Messages or Video (Loom)
•. You’re super dependable and expect your boss to be the same in return

What You’ll Get:

– 5 day work week (Monday – Friday)
