Job Description:
We seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on analyzing data to provide insights that drive business decisions, improve customer experiences, and enhance our product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, customer support, and the tech team, to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support various business initiatives and projects.
• Use statistical methods and data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing data quality checks and validation processes.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and healthcare analytics.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Knowledge of healthcare data, including patient records, insurance claims, and medical billing, is a plus.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
• Experience working with healthcare data and analytics is advantageous.

SCHEDULE:
– Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm PST (11:00pm to 8:00am Manila)
