What You’ll Do
Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support business decision-making.
Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data.
Business Insights: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that drive business strategies and improve operational efficiency.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data validation and cleansing procedures.
Project Management: Manage and prioritize multiple data projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve data processes, methodologies, and tools.

Qualifications
Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience in data analysis, with a strong academic background and relevant internships or projects demonstrating expertise in data collection and basic analysis.
Certifications: Any relevant certifications such as Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, or other related courses are a plus.
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
Statistical Knowledge: Understanding of basic statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
Database Management: Exposure to database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL through academic projects or internships.
Data Quality: Understanding of data cleaning and validation techniques to ensure data integrity.
Business Intelligence: Exposure to developing basic dashboards and reports to present data insights.
Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles and ability to manage small data projects or tasks.
