Data Analyst

Click to view is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to report into the COO. We are looking for a long-term fit with someone who is focused on personal growth, delivering results, and has a passion for the outdoors.
We are a content publishing platform working with over 500 outdoor brands to promote their products in the US Market. We work with all of the affiliate marketing programs in the US and are looking for an analyst to join our team to help provide valuable insight into our content performance and how we can improve to increase our affiliate income commission. It would be very good if you have experience working with content platforms and affiliate marketing programs.
The ideal candidate will pull data from various sources (ie; Avantlink, Impact, Google Analytics) to analyze and visualize the data. The successful candidate will be a critical thinker with a strong analytical background and the ability to work independently.
Required Skills/Abilities:
– Pulling data from multiple sources and integrating it into a cohesive database
– Providing data summaries for each piece of content we produce
– Strategies on how we can improve our content to increase affiliate revenue
– Utilizing different Data Analysis tools to analyze and visualize data
– Continuously identifying areas for improvement and implementing new data analysis methods
– Receives, gathers, analyzes, and organizes information from multiple sources.
– Ensures completeness of received information and reconciles inconsistencies.
– Accurately enters required data into one or more databases, documents, or spreadsheets.
– Monitoring and analyzing e-commerce metrics and figures.
– Transforming e-commerce data into operational insights.
– Researching competitors, alternative markets, and opportunities in the e-commerce space.
– Brainstorming ideas to enhance and transform the company’s e-commerce approach
– Demonstrated experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, and other data aggregators
– Work experience as a data analyst or business analyst with an e-commerce company
– Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks.
– Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
– Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
– High-level written and verbal communication
