We are looking for one more great Data analyst to join our team!
Cota Global/Mozlly, a leader in the import & distribution of toys, gifts, and souvenir products is seeking a full-time Data Analyst. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, has a great deal of stamina to work hard, and takes satisfaction from being productive. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to support a high-caliber supply chain team while developing your skills as an Analyst. Requirements
• Microsoft EXCEL – ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE IS A MUST! You must know how to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and more. This is a minimum requirement to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree/in progress – in Math, Computer Science or related field
• Computer tech savvy
• Can multi-task and manage to changing priorities
• Good follow-through skills
• Ability to prioritize work and self-manage their time
• Work well both independently and in a team setting

Responsibilities
• Work with Excel data sheets intensively (manage, structure and consolidate large amounts of data)
• Create new reports with complex formulas / equations through Excel
• Upload data, import/export data, manipulate data, etc.
• Manage data integrity of our in-house proprietary system, spreadsheets and other forms of data
• Connect multiple data sources
• Master our multi-channel ERP software to become a power user – training will be provided
• Generate reports from QuickBooks , online websites, and other software
• Process newsletter campaigns using Mail chimp
• Identify and resolve issues data management
• Responsible for maintaining e-commerce websites. (WordPress)
• Upload and maintain listings to e-commerce marketplaces. ( Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Wish, Google Shopping, Etsy, Wayfair)
• Assist Executives with various administrative projects

Preferred Skills
• Adobe programs (e.g Photoshop)
• Experience with SQL language a plus.
• Proficient in basic HTML, and CSS a plus.
• Experience with FileZilla a plus.
