Data Analyst and Quality Assurance Specialist

If you’re a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field. Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. Experience in quality assurance monitoring. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. as well as has the ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.

This is a FULL TIME 40 hours/ week position
Must be willing to work US hours

Compensation:
-PHP 45,000 – 70,000 per month for F/T hours (based on experience) -(USD 5-8/hr).

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-Collect and analyze data on a daily and weekly basis from various departments, including the front desk, billing, credentialing, and quality assurance.
-Monitor and evaluate the quality and accuracy of departmental processes and procedures.
-Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs and other relevant metrics.
-Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can improve business processes.
-Communicate findings and recommendations to department managers and senior leadership through presentations and reports.
-Work closely with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
-Continuously monitor and improve data quality and integrity.
-Participate in the development of new data analysis tools and processes

REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field.
-Experience in quality assurance monitoring.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
-Experience in the healthcare industry or mental health sector is a plus.
-Must have a reliable computer, internet connection, and a quiet work environment.
