As a Business Intelligence/data analyst at Aigent, you will work closely with the client and product teams. You will identify and provide data insights that can help our clients optimize their business and usage of our product, and make recommendations to our product team based on data.
You will be working with an international team based in Asia, Europe and the US and are expected to work partially in the US timezone.
Aigent is scale-up, building technology to assist customer support agents to reduce call handling time and increase customers satisfaction with faster and better responses. We’re building the future of the call centre industry with exciting software to assist customer service agents handling complex voice calls. With real-time natural language processing and sentiment analysis we deliver call centre agents and their managers real-time support for handling their ongoing calls.

As a Data Analyst at Aigent your responsibilities will be
**Collect and interpret product and client data
**Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
**Join meetings with client and prospects and proactively prepare data to answer client questions
**Work closely with product and make recommendations to the product team based on data
**Proactively seek to understand our data, trends and patterns and prepare reports and suggestions to product, client management and leadership
Required skills and Experience
**Critical thinker and data driven.
**Your priority is the product and business, over the technology used
**You enjoy answering questions with data
**Absolute pro in excel/google sheet
**Basic sql knowledge
**Great verbal and Written communication skills
**Proven working experience in data analysis
**Having experience with metabase is a plus
