Job Description:
We’re looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to support our team by building and maintaining Excel spreadsheets using Google Sheets and creating compelling data visualizations. This role requires an analytical thinker with a passion for uncovering insights and proficiency in both tools.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets using Google Sheets to support our team’s data needs
Create visualizations and dashboards that provide actionable insights
Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient data models
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and insights that can drive business growth
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all analyses
Automate repetitive tasks and workflows using Google Sheets functions and scripts
Provide data-related support to other team members as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions and data visualization tools
Ability to analyze and manipulate large datasets
Experience with data visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex data clearly
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote team
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with SQL or Python for data analysis
Experience in the pest control or similar industries
