Hiring Junior Facebook Ad Specialist

Social Ads Mentor was created to specifically address the PPC needs of Information marketers with special focus and expertise on Real Estate and Internet educational products.
Rather than the routine “cookie-cutter” approach to PPC campaign management that is the norm today, we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and our high level of personal service to craft a customized PPC campaign solution from start to finish.

Job Description
– Launch B2C Facebook Ad campaigns (“Cold” and retargeting)
– Test ads to determine the highest performing creative, markets, and ad copy
– Analyze data to maintain and forecast monthly budget and ROI figures
– Analyze performance data and provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on conclusions
– Thoroughly understand client’s business strategy, goals and KPI
– Assist the Head Media Buyer in managing and optimizing comprehensive ad campaigns, audiences building and ad creation
– Audit existing ad campaigns and identify new opportunities to increase client conversions
– Assist in weekly client reporting
– Communicate consistently and professionally with the management team

What We Are Looking For:
1-2 years experience with media buying
Full understanding of the Facebook Ads Platform
Basic GHL Knowledge
Intermediate understanding of sales/lead funnels
Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
Detailed oriented & organize

Advanced MS Excel Skill
Should know the following in excel/spreadsheet:
Pivot Table
Countifs
Sumifs
Importantrange
Iferror

Job Requirements:
Available 40 hrs per week
Available during 9 AM – 5PM Eastern Standard Time M-F (THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Compensation
$300 – $600 (Depends on experience) per month with performance bonuses and health insurance
