We are looking for someone to assist with a wide variety of tasks including analyzing and interpreting data related to our sales, marketing, inventory reporting and forecasting. You would need to audit accounts payable and manage with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other service providers.

Some tasks you will do:
> Review all data that comes in from our software and tools reporting on advertising spend, product sales, and movement of goods.
> Develop processes to enhance operations based on data analysis.
> Track orders, shipments, deliveries, and stock levels at warehouses
> Keep all files updated and ensure every entry is accurate
> Reconcile inventory stored in different warehouses
> Audit invoices from different suppliers / service providers

Key Skills:
• Inventory forecasting
• Analytical and problem-solver
• Strong attention to details and highly organized
• Comfortable with using Google Sheets, Excel, and other software
(Advanced excel skills are necessary to efficiently complete some of the tasks.)
• Amazon experience a plus – not required
