Data Analyst (KPI Dashboards & Reports)

Location: Remote

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to work as a Virtual Assistant for our clients’ projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, be proficient in creating KPI dashboards and reports, and have excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
– Work closely with the Executive Assistant to understand the client’s needs and project requirements.
– Collect, organize, and analyze data to create KPI dashboards and reports.
– Identify trends and insights in data, and provide recommendations for improvement.
– Develop and maintain data analysis and reporting frameworks.
– Collaborate with team members to develop data-driven insights and recommendations.
– Develop and deliver presentations and reports to the Executive Assistant and client.
– Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple data sources.
– Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as needed.
– Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
– At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
– Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends and insights in data.
– Experience in creating KPI dashboards and reports.
– Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong organizational and project management skills.
– Ability to collaborate effectively with team members in a remote environment.
– Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
– Ability to work in a remote environment and adapt to different client’s needs.
