This remote position is perfectly suited for individuals skilled in Power BI and adept in leads management systems, aiming to enhance sales performance.

Job Title: Part-Time Data Analyst and Leads/Fleet Manager

Location: Remote (preference for candidates in or near Northern Austin, TX, USA)

Scheduled Hours:

Morning Shift: 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM Central US Time
Evening Shift: 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM Central US Time

Days: Monday to Friday

Compensation: $280-$300 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Utilize Power BI for in-depth sales data analysis, identifying trends and providing insights to boost sales.
Leads Management: Efficiently manage the leads system to track and capitalize on sales opportunities.
Fleet Management: Oversee the logistics and maintenance of the service fleet.
Operational Excellence: Streamline work order closure, handle purchasing, and maintain inventory levels.
Strategic Development: Gradually take on more responsibilities, optimize processes, and offer strategic insights to the CEO.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Power BI.
Leadership and Problem-Solving: Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and a proactive approach to challenges.
Organizational Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Inventory Knowledge: Basic understanding of inventory management and purchasing.
Social Media Competency: Experience or willingness to manage social media posts for our stores.
