DATA ANALYST | MARKETING SPECIALIST

Renewables Hub a solar panel installation services start-up company is seeking an experienced email marketing specialist to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective email marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, with a focus on increasing customer engagement, lead generation, and sales conversion rates.

Responsibilities:

• Develop email marketing strategies and campaigns that align with company goals and objectives, and target potential and existing customers.
• Design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns and other email marketing platforms. • Create and edit email templates, copywriting, and visuals that are engaging, informative, and persuasive.
• Collaborate with other sales and marketing team members to ensure email campaigns are aligned with overall sales and marketing initiatives and goals.
• Test and optimize email campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. •
Track and report on email marketing performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Manage email lists, segmentation, and personalization to increase engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in email marketing to continually improve the effectiveness of our email campaigns.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in email marketing, with a track record of success in developing and executing effective email campaigns for sales.
• Strong understanding of Zoho Campaigns and other email marketing platforms and tools.
• Experience with email marketing strategy, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
• Excellent copywriting skills with an ability to create compelling email content and subject lines that promote solar panel installation services.
• Experience with HTML/CSS coding for email templates and layouts.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive campaign improvements.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with other sales and marketing team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Python programming language.
• Experience with lead generation for solar sales companies.

In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation for solar sales companies and possess skills in Python programming language. The candidate should be able to create effective email marketing campaigns that generate leads, improve conversion rates, and increase customer engagement.

They should also have a strong understanding of Zoho Campaigns and other email marketing platforms, be proficient in HTML/CSS coding for email templates, and have excellent copywriting skills that promote solar panel installation services.

The successful candidate must be able to work independently, be detail-oriented, and have strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance metrics and use data to drive campaign improvements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential to work effectively with other sales and marketing team members and stakeholders.
